# Delivery

Wind & Honour ships only to destinations that Shopify Checkout accepts for the items in your basket. The destination selector or an informational country list does not by itself confirm that checkout is available.

The delivery options and prices displayed during checkout are the offer that applies to that order. If checkout does not show a delivery option for an address, we cannot accept that order through the online store.

We do not publish an unverified dispatch or transit-time promise. Tracking information is provided in the shipping confirmation when it is available. Carrier events, customs checks and local delivery conditions can affect progress after dispatch.

For an accepted delivery outside Great Britain, the recipient may have to pay import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees before or at delivery. These amounts are not included in the price shown by Wind & Honour and are not collected as duties by Shopify Checkout.

Check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If an address needs correction, contact Wind & Honour promptly with the order number. A change cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has begun.
