Our Story
Wind & Honour began with a simple idea: the table can be more than a surface. It can be a meeting place, a classroom and the setting for traditions still being made.
Mahjong rewards attention. Its tiles carry a visual language; its play asks four people to settle in and share the same rhythm. For beginners, that can feel unfamiliar. We want the first step to feel clear, considered and welcoming.
Our name comes from two families of Mahjong tiles. It also expresses the balance we admire in the game: movement and memory, chance and judgement, spirited play and respect for the table.
Wind & Honour is built around Chinese-style Mahjong and thoughtful learning. We are here to help more people understand the game, invite four players and begin.
